1. How do I know my shoe size?
All products run according to international size standards. Please refer to the below chart.

2. How much are shipping charges?
Shipping is absolutely FREE for Unimap's student.

3. How long does it take to receive my order once payment is made?
Products will be delivered within 10 days for orders after payment has been made. If you have any request for a faster delivery, please remember to mention it when placing the order.

4. Do you take credit card?
You may transfer the payment to my account or i also accept cash where u may direct pay to me.

5. What is the exchange and return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or an exchange. You are required to send the items back to us in the original packaging while making sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process the exchange or refund order immediately. Maximum of ONE exchange is allowed per merchandise.
